Dr. W. van den Heuvel

Wilco van den Heuvel’s PhD dissertation, published in 2006, is entitled Biak: description of an Austronesian language of Papua. He has now turned his attention to the Papuan languages of Papua. Within the Awyu-Ndumut project, he is concerned with the relations of the Awyu-Ndumut language family to neighboring language families such as Ok, Asmat-Kamoro and Marind. He is always looking for more information on any languages spoken in the vicinity of Awyu-Ndumut languages.
